Description

This unit will allow the student to carry out a substantial piece of research in accounting, finance or a related area. A member of staff will be appointed to approve and supervise the research project. The research project will provide the student with an opportunity to develop strong skills in research literature review, theory and hypothesis development, qualitative or quantitative analysis and report writing. A research report for this unit is expected to be 8,000-10,000 words. Completion of ACCG805 or ACCG893 is a prerequisite for this unit.
